Having taken a 1-0 victory over Yeovil at Huish Park on Tuesday evening, courtesy of a Conor Hourihane effort, it does make it three wins from three at the start of the 2018/19 season and we have to go back to the 1960’s before we’ve started a campaign that brightly.
Brightly on a results front, not necessarily a performance front but you can only beat what’s in front of you.
With Bruce talking about his hopes of strengthening further, a number of fans believe we need at least three new faces in before the real deadline window this season closes, despite the shenanigans to give Sky two mental days of nonsense and guff.
Others, well, they thought we had enough in the group to give things a go – if our tactics were better.
Of course I’m serious Sir! When is 30 years means old? Snoody is a Wigner ! Mcginn is a Midfielder, how you can compare them together sir? We need snoody to play as a right wigner .. your team need that .. imagine have jack, john, snoody .. how much of creativity you will have?

And a left back. Taylor is muck.

Perhaps he might want to find an 8ft, 100meters in 10 seconds striker to get on the end of the aimless punts forward? Just a thought. Still, can’t complain as we are getting over the line. ????????

Quality of football is absolutely shocking!

We will never play attractive football with Bruce as manager

I'm hoping for Benteke. He could shred this league in two!

3 players are coming in ????????

I feel the tactics need to change, all good getting new players to improve the squad. But the style of play needs to improve also. Should be pressing the ball with players running beyond to support the striker.

Too right, sack off Clem and Calderwood. Get a couple of technical coaches to work with Agnew

Oh dear even more players to play out of position .

If we did go up (big IF), I’d say thank you Bruce and sack him. Dire

Imagine how the toys will come out the pram when we lose one!
I’d say it’s obvious where we do need to strengthen and provide additional cover given the injuries we have but it’s also obvious that we need to improve our performance levels. Bruce has stabilised us, now we find out whether he can marry that with better football.
